Our Future, Together
You have the idea and the drive—but do you know what the real obstacle to getting started is? It’s not just securing funding. It’s building credibility. It’s managing the cost of advisers across every area—legal, tax and compliance—when every euro matters and time is of the essence.
Privacy 4Start was created to provide start-ups with a complete, structured, high-quality service at a cost that reflects the realities of starting out. No inflated packages. No endless consultancy. Just what you need, when you need it.
We know what it’s like to look at an estimate and ask yourself: “Can I afford it?”
We know what it means to have to choose between paying for professional advice and hiring your first team member. Between getting your privacy compliance in order and investing in your product. We understand the anxiety of receiving an email asking for your privacy notice—and not even knowing where to begin.

about Privacy 4Start
We know exactly what it means to start from scratch.
The sleepless nights spent balancing the books, searching for clients and feeling as though you have to do everything yourself. And we also know the frustration of watching costs soar as soon as you seek professional advice—especially when it comes to compliance.
Our aim is not to appear only when a serious problem arises, presenting you with unaffordable fees. We want to be part of the community we serve as it grows. We believe in a business model based on collaboration, mutual support and solidarity—because when a local start-up grows, the entire surrounding economy grows with it.
That is why we at Himmel Advisors launched Privacy 4Start: an initiative designed to give young businesses in South Tyrol the support they deserve, at realistic prices and with genuine professional quality.
We are not here for show. We are here to work alongside you—with expertise, transparency and a personal approach.

Staying Authentic
Our goal is simple:
to support you by adapting to your resources and the way your business operates.
We know that every start-up is different - in terms of its stage of growth, sector and organisational structure. That is why we develop tailored solutions that are flexible, practical and suited to your specific needs.
But one thing remains constant: we stay authentic.
We work with you to help you comply with the law. We do not look for shortcuts, nor do we offer strategies designed to bypass obligations or improperly minimise responsibilities. If the law requires a particular measure, our role is to help you implement it as efficiently as possible, not to avoid it.
We believe in intelligent compliance: finding the most sustainable solutions for your business, optimising time and costs, and simplifying processes. Always while remaining fully compliant with the applicable legislation. If you are looking for a partner to help you grow on solid foundations and build credibility, then we are the right partner for you.

Professional drafting of privacy notices and customised cookie banners and consent solutions for websites and apps, in compliance with the GDPR and the guidance issued by the relevant Data Protection Authority.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t sell documents. We are not a service that sends you standard privacy notices, empty registers or pre-filled templates and leaves you to figure out how to use them.
Our goal is not simply to tick a box, but to make your organisation genuinely compliant. We believe in compliance that works in practice, stands up to scrutiny and builds trust with customers and partners.
We take the time to understand how you operate, what data you process and which processes you use. Only then do we develop the documentation and procedures that you actually need. We support you throughout implementation, provide training and remain available when you launch a new project or service.
We stand by your side over time—not only during the initial setup. Our role does not end when we send you a PDF. We are your operational partners: helping you turn regulatory requirements into concrete actions, integrate privacy into your processes and make it a natural part of the way you work.

The prices indicated for each package (Starter, Growth and Scale) are fixed and binding for the entire annual term of the service, provided that the start-up effectively meets the parameters and characteristics of the selected package at the time the agreement is entered into. If, during the provision of consultancy services and the implementation of the privacy management framework, requirements, processing activities, data volumes or operational complexities arise that were not anticipated or do not fall within the scope of the originally selected package—including, by way of example and without limitation, the need for additional Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), the processing of special categories of personal data not initially disclosed, a significant increase in the number of employees, collaborators or suppliers, or the introduction of new projects or services requiring additional consultancy support—Himmel Advisors reserves the right to propose that the start-up move to a higher-level package, where the applicable parameters are met. If moving to a higher-level package is not applicable or appropriate, or if the additional requirements are specific and limited in scope, the relevant extra activities will be invoiced separately in accordance with the price list for the Additional Services set out above. In all cases, any contractual amendment, change of package or invoicing of additional services will always be subject to prior written notice and the parties’ explicit agreement. This ensures full transparency and obtains the client start-up’s consent before any service falling outside the scope of the original agreement is commenced.
The prices include the full provision by Himmel Advisors of all consultancy, analysis, documentation and implementation activities relating to the privacy management framework within a period of twelve (12) months from the date on which the agreement is signed. At the end of this period, the consultancy relationship will be deemed concluded, unless the start-up expressly requests otherwise. The continuation and updating of the service in subsequent years are not included automatically. If the start-up wishes to continue the consultancy relationship for monitoring, regulatory updates, ongoing support and the management of new projects, it must enter into a separate renewal agreement in accordance with the fees applicable to subsequent years.
Note 1
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) service is an additional service available exclusively in connection with the Growth and Scale packages and cannot be purchased independently or separately from those packages. The appointment of a DPO entails substantial responsibilities and is not merely an administrative formality. Accordingly, Himmel Advisors will provide DPO services only where there is a solid, informed and effectively managed organisational governance structure within the client start-up. The proper performance of the DPO’s duties necessarily presupposes an organisational environment capable of receiving, implementing and maintaining the recommendations, guidance and controls proposed by the DPO.
Notice
Privacy compliance cannot be built remotely: it requires active collaboration between your start-up and our team. Throughout the implementation and management of your privacy governance framework, your participation is essential. Not because we want to shift responsibility, but because you are the only ones who truly understand how your start-up operates: its internal processes, data flows, working practices and projects under development.
